So i called my credit card company to send me a new card with my new name on it. What do they do? Send me a new card with my old name on it. Ger Dou! Apparently even though i had received statements with my new name on it, they did not change my name in the system, which i guess is a long and involved process to delete one name and put another because i've been on hold for like 5 minutes. seriously der...and now there is cheesy hold music.... great.....oh music stopped! And now more silence. Why do they need me on hold to change my name? Okay now she's transfering my call to a different department cause they changed my name in the system but it still will only issue cards with my old name....oh much better music....okay problems fixed. HOLY CRAP!! I was on the phone with them for a half hour!!!

Last night i watch the first season of Office. Umm, it hurts me. If it was all Pam and Jim it would be awesome, but its not. And the boss is mean to Pam and it hurts me, and i dont' know if i can watch season 2. Does it get less painful?
